Private Pottery Wheel Event

Private pottery wheel lessons consist of approximately two hours of private instruction in basic pottery wheel skills for you and your party. You will be taught some basic ceramic clay properties/processes as well as how to center and shape the clay. Included in the price of the class is clay for two pieces per person, firing fees, and bucket glazes. You will be able to choose the color for your pieces at the end of your session and they will be glazed for you for pick up. Please note there is a 6-8 week turnaround time to have your work glazed, fired, and returned to you. (There is a maximum of 10 people per party and a minimum age of 14 to participate in pottery wheel activities. The age requirement is negotiable on a case by case basis.)

If you would like to schedule this class please call the studio at (951) 737-3521 before paying for it. Once you have spoken with the instructor and set up your time you will be instructed to return to the website to pay for your event. 

*** A bleach solution will be used to disinfect tools and surfaces between students and sessions. For those with longer fingernails you should be aware that it can make working on the wheel very difficult and could even cause injury. You may want to bring a towel for your own exclusive use to wipe and clean your hands etc.   If you have previously purchased a gift certificate for a class please call the studio or sign up in person for your class.

The following information outlines our refund policy:

Refunds will only be available until 48 hours before the start of any class or event.   If you purchase your class/event ticket less than 48 hours before the event no refund will be available.   There will be a 6% fee deducted on any refund that is issued prior to that to cover the expenses associated with processing your refund.
